Mike Steele
Positive Coaching Alliance: Area Coordinator, Chicago

Mike is PCA's Chicago Area Coordinator, responsible for developing partnerships with youth sports and community-based organizations and schools throughout Chicago and the Midwest. Mike's coaching experience includes more than a decade's work with youth, high school, and collegiate soccer teams. Prior to joining PCA, Mike worked as a middle school social worker and mental health professional. Several years ago Mike co-founded Elite Soccer, which provides soccer camps, clinics and training programs to youth and coaches in the Chicago area. Mike holds a B.A. in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Indiana University and an M.S.W. from Loyola University.
